Homelessness Week 2019

Homelessness Week raises awareness of people experiencing homelessness, the issues they face and the action needed to achieve enduring solutions. Homelessness Week is a national event, with events held across Australia during the first full week in August.
This year, Homelessness Week will be held from the 5th-11th of August, beginning with the National Launch in Hobart.

Events will be held right across Tasmania throughout Homelessness Week. Information will be added as events are announced, but you can stay up to date with what’s happening in Homelessness Week (and the housing and homelessness sector) by subscribing to Shelter Tas’ eNews.

All entries will be on display upstairs at Republic Bar, 7th August 6pm-10pm. All age event open to all Tasmanians, entries close 31st July 5 PM AEST.
There will be three winners. Winners will be picked at random. Winners will be announced on the night and also on CatholicCareTas Instagram page. If winners are not present on the night, prizes can be collected at your nearest CatholicCare.
